Twin Cities Social Cohesion Initiative
Richfield Leadership Network (RLN) is a project of The Twin Cities Social Cohesion Initiative (TCSCI) which was founded in 2019 by Dirk Ficca. The organization was initially supported by the GHR Foundation, which was created in 1965 by Gerald ‘Gerry’ and Henrietta ‘Hanky’ Rauenhorst, founders of the Opus construction companies.
