Twin Cities Social Cohesion Initiative
Richfield Leadership Network (RLN) is a project of The Twin Cities Social Cohesion Initiative (TCSCI) which was founded in 2019 by Dirk Ficca. The organization was initially supported by the GHR Foundation, which was created in 1965 by Gerald ‘Gerry’ and Henrietta ‘Hanky’ Rauenhorst, founders of the Opus construction companies.

RLN is led by a team of volunteers who care deeply about the community, the majority of whom have direct ties to the city. The BOD includes representatives from the Richfield School Board, City Council and Richfield Foundation, among other organizations.
